I was born at 2:12 pm on May 6, 2008 at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, MN.

I knew I would be getting out soon, and it feels so good to be able to stretch. I tried doing that before I was born, but those ribs got in the way sometimes, just ask mommy about that.

So I suppose you want to know my weight and length. Well, since asked, I was 7 pounds 6.4 ounces. I was already 20.75 inches long at birth.

Daddy was very excited for me to be born. But he seemed a little nervous when I first arrived. I hope he calms down so he does not drop me or something.

My first day was exhausting. Being born is hard work. Now that I am born, I plan on spending a few weeks of summer vacation. I will pretty much just eat and sleep during my vacation time. Although, I do plan on staying up all night a few times with mommy and daddy.

Maybe you can come and visit sometime. Ask mommy and daddy when the best time to visit is. If you give me a little warning, I will get all cleaned up. I hear those first impressions are important, and I want to start off on the right foot!

When you come over and visit, you might want to ask mommy if she needs any help. Sometimes I think she needs a nap time more than me.
